What all can I do in the Proving Grounds?
1 of 5: Talk to the Proving Master to get your options.
2 of 5: You can either choose to watch the fights or participate yourself.
3 of 5: If you choose to watch, you'll get the "Attend the feast" objective right away.
4 of 5: If you choose to fight, you'll have to win a fairly easy one-on-one battle in the arena before you get that objective.
5 of 5: Fighting is definitely the best choice, since it gets you XP. If you do all four available combats, you'll get more XP, plus you can talk to the Proving Master to get a special Proving Helm that increases your Willpower and Constitution attributes when worn.
