Find Bevin.
1 of 4: Leave the chantry and look for the door to Kaitlyn's home to the SE.
2 of 4: Inside, move into the small room just ahead to start up a conversation cut-scene with Bevin.
3 of 4: Talk to him until he comes out of the dresser, then ask him what he was doing in there.
4 of 4: If you can pass a couple of persuade or intimidate checks, he'll give you a key to a chest with a magic sword in it.
