Return to Dulin Forender.
1 of 4: Head for the Proving area's exit, where you'll meet up with an angry Vartag. (Note that you can pretend to really be supporting Bhelen, but it's best not to.)
2 of 4: Leave the Proving area and run over to Tapster's Tavern.
3 of 4: Enter it and look for Dulin near its NW corner.
4 of 4: Talk to him and have him take you to Lord Harrowmont.
