Dragon Age: Origins Hints

Where can I find her father?

  • 1 of 10: He's in the Deep Roads, which can only be entered at the south end of the Orzammar Commons' west section.
  • 2 of 10: When the mines commander talks to you, tell him about trying to find Lord Dace to get permission to go by.
  • 3 of 10: Past the miners, examine the rune plate for a codex entry, then use the area transition point just past it to get the Deep Roads map.
  • 4 of 10: Click on the Aeducan Thaig icon to travel there, then head south until you can enter a tunnel on the west.
  • 5 of 10: Go down the tunnel to encounter a large force of genlocks that includes a spellcasting emissary.
  • 6 of 10: Loot the fractured stone in east-side cave room, then head west to find a bunch more genlocks (including an alpha) in a large cave. You'll probably want to use the Lead-Them-Off Strategy here.
  • 7 of 10: Raid the two chests (one of which is locked) and the fractured stone, then check the western-most of the three southern tunnels to find a small bloody sack. Take the bag of limbs from it to get a codex entry.
  • 8 of 10: Go down the central southern tunnel to find some darkspawn (including a genlock emissary) to fight, plus a fractured stone to raid.
  • 9 of 10: Past them are several deep stalkers and another fractured stone.
  • 10 of 10: In the next large cave you come to, you'll find Lord Dace and his men fighting deep stalkers.
