Hidden Sewer
1 of 5: Move into the first room to find the first blood-mage-led group of enemies.
2 of 5: Get everyone to attack the blood mage first, then get them after the apostate mage who's on an upper floor.
3 of 5: Look for a codex-updating blood mage dispatch and some lootable rubble on the lower floor, then look for two more dispatches on the apostate mage's floor.
4 of 5: As you go for the second dispatch, you'll be seen by the next group of enemies to the south, so charge them and take their mages down quickly.
5 of 5: Loot the crate in their room and read the dispatch, then go back the way you came to leave the sewer.
