1 of 3: Immediately run everybody back into the room you got the incriminating documents in and have them hold position there.
2 of 3: After you kill everyone who comes in after you, there'll probably still be one raider up on a higher floor who stubbornly refuses to move.
3 of 3: Navigate your way through the flame traps to the stairs so you can go after him and finish the combat. (Note that you'll be seen by a few raiders in the entry room as you go by it.)
