Remains of the Outlaw "Half-Braid" Silsam
1 of 3: You get this quest by examining the outlaw's remains, which are in a small upstairs side area in the southern-most room of the Disused Passage (which is enterable in the Harbormaster's Office area of the Docks region at night).
2 of 3: Go to Sundermount on the Free Marches map and find Eb Silsam in the Dalish camp.
