The Paragon's Toe
1 of 3: You get this quest by taking the stone toe from the crate that's in one of the east-side rooms in Hightown's "The Blooming Rose" building.
2 of 3: Travel to Lowtown on the Kirkwall Day map and look in the NE corner of its bazaar for a dwarf called "New Surfacer."
3 of 3: Talk to him to turn the toe over and get 50 silver and 250 XP.
