1 of 4: You get this quest by looting the crate that's in the southern-most south-branch area in the Wounded Coast Region. (See the Wounded Coast Loot Tips for more details on getting there.)
2 of 4: Finish the "A Business Discussion" main plot quest so you can travel to Darktown, then head south to a path intersection. (If this is your first visit, several thugs will attack you at this point.)
3 of 4: Go up the stairs on the east side of the intersection area to find a guy named "Dalian Shaw" near a tent.
4 of 4: Talk to him to turn the mixture over and get 50 silver and 250 XP.
