1 of 4: To get this quest, take the item of the same name from the crate in the Dalish camp on Sundermount. (See the "Long Way Home" main plot quest for more about that area.)
2 of 4: After you get the "Wayward Son" main plot quest, you'll be able to travel to the Gallows region on the Kirkwall Day map.
3 of 4: Do so, then look for a guy named "Record Keeper Teryn" in the area south of the courtyard.
4 of 4: Talk to him to turn the map over and get 50 silver and 250 XP.
