Why wouldn't I tell him where it is?
1 of 4: He's still smuggling poisons, even though he protests it's all legit. Refusing to tell him where his cargo is will gain you friendship points with Aveline. However, Isabela won't like it.
2 of 4: Telling him where his cargo is will get you 2 gold coins and several friendship points with Isabela (and rivalry with Aveline).
3 of 4: TIP: Instead of telling him right away, refuse to tell him at first, then say to make it worth your while. That'll double your pay without introducing any disadvantages. You'll also get a lot more XP for some reason.
4 of 4: If you tell him where his cargo is, he'll say that you can have a discount at his store once it's set up. Go do some other quests and then check back to find that the "Martin's Contraband" store is open for business.
