1 of 3: Look for a codex item in Anders' room, then go use a map exit to travel to Hightown on the Kirkwall Night map.
2 of 3: You'll appear in the chantry courtyard, so run up the steps to find Anders near the chantry doors.
3 of 3: Tell him you're ready to go inside to get the next objective.
