1 of 3: If you helped the Starkhaven mages escape the templars in the Act I main plot quest "Act of Mercy," you can get this quest by accepting the letter of the same name from the writing desk in the Hawke Estate.
2 of 3: Travel to the Docks region on the Kirkwall Day map and head down to its SW corner.
3 of 3: Talk to Mistress Selby near the "Shady Merchandise" store to finish this quest and gain access to her job board.
