1 of 3: You get this quest by examining the corpse of the same name in the Abandoned Thaig, ideally while working on the "Forbidden Knowledge" quest.
2 of 3: Go to Lowtown during the day and look for "East-Wise" Gerralt in the Residential District.
3 of 3: Talk to him to get 1 gold coin and 750 XP.
