Dragon Age II Hints
What are my options here?
1 of 4: If you made a deal with Torpor and didn't increase Feynriel's mental instability, you can say "you're safe" to Feynriel to let Torpor possess him. This'll get you rivalry points with some companions (especially if you don't admit to Arianni that it's your fault) and you'll get less XP, but you will get the reward that Torpor promised you.
2 of 4: If you made the deal with Torpor and want to go back on it, tell Feynriel to wake up instead of reassuring him that he's safe. That'll get Torpor and his two shade pals to attack you.
3 of 4: If you didn't make a deal with Torpor, you'll be able to convince Feynriel to master his power if you didn't increase his mental instability. If you did, you can still get him to master his power by refusing to kill him when he asks you to.
4 of 4: Note that killing Feynriel in the Fade will turn him into a tranquil mage, and there's no advantage to doing that.
