Where's Innley of Starkhaven?

2 of 3: He's at the top of the path, where you would otherwise encounter some dragonlings and a mature dragon. See the Sundermount tour for more info.
3 of 3: NOTE: If you haven't killed the dragonlings and mature dragon yet, you can get them to appear after finishing with Innley by entering and exiting the Sundermount Caverns.
