1 of 5: There's a lootable crate in the Harbormaster's Office area.
2 of 5: Go SW at the main path split to find a barrel, then continue on to the SW corner of the region to find a crate.
3 of 5: While you're down there, check the "Shady Merchandise" store, and look near it for a barrel.
4 of 5: Head back to the main path split and go south to find a crate.
5 of 5: Go east next and down some stairs to find a crate, then go back up the stairs and continue east to find another crate.
