How do I read my mail?
1 of 3: You've probably done this before -- as you've gotten messages throughout the game like this one. This is really the first time as far as I can remember that your mail has any impact on a puzzle solution.
2 of 3: Press the M key on your keyboard or the appropriate gamepad key (the black button on an Xbox) to go into your mobile. Then, move the cursor around to select the mail icon.
3 of 3: Click on the scroll arrows down to find the message from Liv, and then select that message. You'll see that Liv has upgraded your mobile to help you get through that door. It may not be 100% necessary to read your mail to confirm this, but it is at least reassuring.
