1 of 3: When you first arrive on the Dark People's city, one of the Dark People will tell you to follow him to the library.
2 of 3: Do so. Keep following through several "loading" screens, and you will eventually be in the library.
3 of 3: Wait around at the desk that your guide shows you, and you will meet Crow and then the While Dragon in her human form. She will send you to the Guardian's Realm.
