How do I solve it?
1 of 4: You should concentrate first on the borders. They are harder to fill. Then go for the middle.
2 of 4: Here's my solution (by numbering holes from left to right, top to bottom):
3 of 4: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 24, 29, 33, 37.
4 of 4: A globe (very similar to the one used to power the Automaton) will appear before you. Take it.
