1 of 4: You will need to re-enter the Ore Processing Center some way, to take advantage of the Crusher/Extractor.
2 of 4: You will not be able to enter by the normal means, once you have become a fugitive.
3 of 4: Fortunately, there is a River of Light in the Ore Processing Center.
