How do I get past the security monitor?
1 of 19: First, you'll need to "acquire" the handprint of someone who IS authorized to open the door.
2 of 19: The most likely person is the Customs agent, Tony Rich.
3 of 19: Where might records be kept of employees' handprints?
4 of 19: Try looking in the Security office.
5 of 19: You'll need to be alone in the Security office.
6 of 19: Check the green security monitor in the back office.
7 of 19: Find the personnel records for Tony Rich.
8 of 19: Scan the handprint using your laser scanner pen to copy it.
9 of 19: The security scanner at Customs will requires a "hand", not just a "print".
10 of 19: You cannot transfer the handprint to your own hand.
11 of 19: But you could transfer it to a pair of gloves, and wear those gloves.
12 of 19: After scanning the handprint, transfer it to a pair of SynSkin gloves (which you can purchase at General Outfitters).
13 of 19: You won't be able to transfer the handprint to the gloves until they have been "prepared".
14 of 19: SynSkin gloves are receptive to handprints when heated to high temperatures.
15 of 19: Before transferring a handprint to the gloves, you'll need to get them red hot.
16 of 19: As hot as molten metal.
17 of 19: Use your smelter to heat the gloves, then transfer the stored handprint from your laser scanner pen.
18 of 19: Put the gloves on (by clicking them on your "body" in the lower left corner).
19 of 19: With the gloves on, you can pass the security monitor and re-enter Customs.
