I've shut off the oxygen, and the Cepheid miners have rebelled.
1 of 5: After the Cepheid rebellion, they overcome their captor, and escape from the New Excavation area.
2 of 5: In escaping, they leave the gate open in the Test Tunnel on the Lower Level.
3 of 5: You now have entry to the New Excavation area on the Lower Level.
4 of 5: You can explore the area; you should look for any items you can pick up.
5 of 5: Someone left behind a pair of goggles; those could come in useful.
