2 of 8: Look in the Wg-Wr file.
3 of 8: You can't take the file with you, so read it carefully.
4 of 8: Better yet, scan it with your laser pen, and enter it into your VDA.
5 of 8: Note the comment about Interoffice Mail.
6 of 8: Be sure to check the Interoffice Mailbox near the front door before you leave the Claims Office.
7 of 8: Your claim is in the Interoffice Mailbox, waiting to be processed. You'll need it later.
