Demon's Tomb: The Awakening Hints

What do I do in the bell tower?

  • 1 of 21: There really isn't much here besides the bell itself.
  • 2 of 21: Have you tried ringing the bell?
  • 3 of 21: Pulling on the rope, or hitting the bell with the hammer, doesn't seem to accomplish much.
  • 4 of 21: Maybe you need a better ringer.
  • 5 of 21: Examine the bell carefully.
  • 6 of 21: Don't read on until you've seen the stone circle.
  • 7 of 21: The bell is made out of the same material as the folly and the statue.
  • 8 of 21: Maybe there's a ringer made out of the same material somewhere.
  • 9 of 21: If there were, it'd have to be hidden in a place where it wouldn't be disturbed for a long time.
  • 10 of 21: The churchkeeper would probably have had access to the ringer.
  • 11 of 21: Look for the ringer where you found the key to the church.
  • 12 of 21: Search Culcombe Manor again.
  • 13 of 21: Have you noticed anything different about one of the rooms?
  • 14 of 21: The paneling in the lounge is far older than that in the study or hallway.
  • 15 of 21: Try knocking on the paneling in all three rooms.
  • 16 of 21: One of the panels in the lounge is loose.  Open it.
  • 17 of 21: Ringing the bell doesn't seem to do much.  Look at some of the other ancient items for a clue.
  • 18 of 21: Check the coin again.  Notice the 13 concentric rings?
  • 19 of 21: RING THE BELL exactly 13 times.
  • 20 of 21: Now take a look around and see if you can find out what that accomplished.
  • 21 of 21: Ringing the bell opens the tomb of the High Priest Thai, beneath the folly.
