Heavy Vehicle Factory
Heavy Vehicle Factories become vital in the later stages. In addition to making Tanks and Siege Tanks (as well as Rocket Launchers, if you're not playing as House Ordos) they can make the "special" unit for each house (Sonic Tank for Atreides, Devastator for Harkonnen, Deviator for Ordos).
