Palace
Palaces are special structures that will allow you to use one of the special features of your House (Atreides have the Fremen, Ordos has the Saboteurs, and Harkonnen has the Death-Hand Missile). All of these specials are free, but they can only be used once, and then you must wait a certain amount of time before your can use the power again. Check back periodically to see how it's doing.
