Barracks
Two words: Don't bother. Barracks produce Soldiers and, if upgraded, Infantry. Since these are weak units, and Trikes and Quads are better, even early in the game, it's just not worth to make these (you'll hear me say this throughout the entire hint file). Harkonnens won't build these (for good reason).
