Capturing buildings
There IS a way to capture building, but it's cumbersome and rather stupid. You must first reduce the enemy's building life bar to the red. Then, march a bunch of single soldiers inside. Do enough, and you'll get the building. However, with other bad guys attacking you, and the constant repairing of buildings, it's rather difficult. You really don't need to do it, anyway.
