Dune 2: The Building of a Dynasty Hints
Harvester
These are probably the most important units in the game, and no, you can't attack with them (although you CAN run over infantry). These collect Spice from the ground and return it to the Refinery so you can get your payload. One comes free with every Refinery. If you lose your last one, and you can't build a new one, you'll usually get a free one via reinforcements.
Extras can be built in a Heavy Vehicle Factory. Cost: 300.
