1 of 4: If you haven't found the small door at the rear of the theatre, read the earlier question "There's nowhere to go in here!'
2 of 4: There are keys hanging in one of the rooms.
3 of 4: Go back to the double doors and search that room.
4 of 4: Look to the left of the double doors. A set of keys is hanging there. Unlock the small door with them.
