Getting Started
1 of 6: A murder is afoot! So, put yourself in the role of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson. Act as they would -- don't leave any stone unturned!
2 of 6: There is a lot to do (and to find) during the first day. Basically, both Holmes and Watson need to search Sherringford Hall inside and out with a fine-toothed comb. (I found it best to play as Sherlock first until he was finished, and then as Watson.)
3 of 6: Begin by looking at everything you have in inventory.
4 of 6: Open the Journal and read the letter and birthday program.
5 of 6: Then, roll up your sleeves and start your sleuthing -- interrogate all of the witnesses and find evidence!
6 of 6: Don't rush! You have plenty of time. Scan every inch of every screen. Click on ALL interactive spots. Remember that evidence can be VERY well hidden!
