Echo: Secrets of the Lost Cavern Hints
Movement and cursor interaction
Movement throughout the game is done via a simple point-and-click interface. Panning within a scene is done by moving the mouse. In most situations, the cursor will remain in the center of the screen, while the scene itself "pans" around.
Several different cursor icons will assist in providing clues as to what you can do where -- move, act upon an item, pick up something, etc. (Yet another icon shows where something might be done, but just not at the present time.) Each of the cursor icons is illustrated in the manual that accompanies the game.
There is no "Zip Mode", or fast access to previously visited locations. Anywhere you wish to go in "Echo" will require navigating to that location scene-by-scene.
