How can I make a palette?

1 of 15: Think of what would normally be needed for a painting palette. Everything you need can be found nearby.

First, you will need to find a portable surface that you can use as a palette.

In order to place your supplies onto the palette, you will need to find a place to put down the palette.

4 of 15: Besides the palette itself, paints would be the most obvious requirement for a palette.

Prehistoric "paints" were really just pigments resulting from natural sources. You will need to have three different pigment colors to complete your palette.

There is another easy-to-find pigment nearby.

The only trouble is, the ochre pigment cannot be used for painting quite yet.

If you try to bring the palette down to Lharik with only two colors, he will tell you that the palette isn't ready yet.
