Where can I find a stick and an antler?
1 of 4: There doesn't seem to be anything helpful inside the cave, but there might be something just outside of the cave.
2 of 4: Before you will be able to leave the cave to go look, you'll need to find a way to get the lioness to move away.
3 of 4: You should find a stick (an assagai), and a deer antler.
4 of 4: The stick will be on the ground just ahead of you and to the left (as you stand outside with your back to the cave entrance), and the deer antler is on the ground just to the right.
