Echo: Secrets of the Lost Cavern Hints
How should Arok paint the stag at the bottom right?
1 of 16: There are three colored marks over this stag. A black dot, a black line, and a yellow dot.
2 of 16: The line tells us which color to use to outline the stag.
3 of 16: The line over the stag on the bottom right is black; therefore, the stag will need to be outlined in black.
4 of 16: The outlines need to be more finely applied than the remainder of the stag, so you'll need to select a tool that works well for fine work.
5 of 16: Use the brush for the outlining. To apply paint to the brush, you will need to place the arrow of the cursor over the paint color you wish to select, then click. (Do not try to put the tip of the brush into the paint.)
6 of 16: Using the black paint, click on the legs...
7 of 16: ... and antlers of the bottom right stag.
8 of 16: Now that the outlining is done, the next step is to color in the body of the stag.
9 of 16: But you're not going to use the paintbrush for this type of painting...
10 of 16: ... the blowpipe will work much better.
11 of 16: The colors to use to fill in the stag on the bottom right are indicated on the symbol over the stag.
12 of 16: There are two dots over the stag -- one black dot and one yellow dot (one on each side of the black line).
13 of 16: The two colored dots indicate to use two different colors to fill in the body of this stag.
14 of 16: The black is for the left side of the stag -- the head and neck.
15 of 16: The yellow is for the right side of the stag -- the remainder of the body.
16 of 16: Pick up some yellow paint on the blowpipe, and use it on the body of the stag; use black paint on the blowpipe for the head/neck. Be sure to "clean" the blowpipe by placing it on the palette in between colors.
