Using the Documentary Database
The database is accessible from the Inventory screen. First, open the inventory by using the right mouse button.
Make careful note of the items at the center of the inventory screen. When the cursor rests on one of the buttons, a brief description appears, stating what the button will do.
There is a scroll pictured on the right side of the center of the inventory screen. Clicking on the scroll will open the database.
Once opened, the database can be navigated by clicking on the categories at the top of the screen. Each of the categories, when clicked on, will open a new set of sub-categories. Clicking on each of these sub-categories will open up a drop-down menu of individual topics to choose from.
It isn't always easy to figure out how to find information within the database, based on the way the categories are divided. It will be necessary, however, to find various pieces of information in the database as the game progresses. It is highly recommended to navigate through the various topics and familiarize yourself with the contents of the database, and locations where specific topics can be found.
