The Egyptian Prophecy: The Fate of Ramses Hints
What am I supposed to do in the room with the four pedestals?
of 13: It is helpful to save the game in this room, before doing anything else.
of 13: Do you remember what Ptah told Maya, about the magical dolerite?
of 13: He said "At first it is light, airy, and elusive, but above the circle to which it corresponds, it becomes as hard as lava."
of 13: Seems that you'll need to move the dolerite ball over the stand marked with a circle. But how to move the various objects around?
of 13: It seems that Ptah was right -- dolerite is fairly light...
of 13: ...and easily moved by the slightest air currents.
of 13: Good thing Khaemouaset gave you that Wind Spell back at Aswan! Test it out, by trying it at various positions around the room.
of 13: You'll need to position yourself at one of the four stands to use the Wind Spell. From the stand, you can choose to either aim the wind at a figure on the altar at the center, or at the figure on the stand in front of you.
of 13: Look closely at each stand. There is a geometric figure on each of them -- two contain a square, one contains a circle, and one a triangle.
of 13: Any of the three figures at the altar in the center of the room can be moved over any of the four stands. However, you'll need to try keep the one with the circle open for the round dolerite ball.
of 13: Only one dolerite ball can be moved at one time. If two of the figures are standing side-by-side, the only way to move one of them is either forward or back.
of 13: If there is a space between the two figures, it is possible to move one of the figures up against the other one.
of 13: To get the round dolerite ball to the stand marked with the circle, you will first need to move the other two figures from the altar at the center, so that the dolerite ball can be moved to the stand with the circle.
