How do I find out about the anonymous letters?
1 of 4: When you talk to Kenneth Marshall (whom'll you run into at the tennis court), he mentions that his wife has been receiving threatening letters, and he gives you two of them. Look at them by clicking on the notebook at the top of the screen, then selecting Documents.
2 of 4: You won't find out who wrote these notes until tomorrow (August 25, Afternoon). In the meantime, though, a number of people have typewriters; it might be helpful to take a sample of the typefaces of all of them --
3 of 4: -- but you can't do that till you get some typing paper, which you won't do till this afternoon.
4 of 4: Once you have the typing paper, use one in every typewriter you come across. Poirot will automatically compare the results to the anonymous letters, and when you find one that matches it'll be obvious.
