Agatha Christie: Evil Under the Sun Hints
How do I work the Finger of Suspicion?
1 of 3: The way this works is that when you get stuck and don't know what to do next, you come back here to London (by clicking on the picture of Hastings at the top of the screen) and click on the Finger of Suspicion, which is sitting on Poirot's desk at your right.
2 of 3: You'll be given a pile of cards, one for each person with whom you still need to do something in this time period. (And that is sometimes all the help you need.) Pick up the one you want to find out about and put it in the dish in the center, and Poirot will spin the Finger. It will stop on the thing you should be doing with that person: talking to them, eavesdropping, or whatever. Repeat for all the cards, if you want, then return to the island and do those things.
3 of 3: As far as I could tell, there are no penalties for using the Finger as often as you like (my, how coarse that sounds). It's helpful for telling you whom to go after, though you may still have to track them down.
