Fable Hints
Character Close-Ups and Dialogues
As described in the manual, you not only obtain Framed Pictures when you Examine certain objects, but also during dialogues. In the latter case, you get a fairly large Framed Picture/Close-Up of Quickthorpe always in the bottom right corner of the screen; or the character he is talking with, always in the top left corner.
This occasionally provides a hint or help; and is sometimes overlooked, or taken for granted.
There is almost an over abundance of dialogue in the game. A very great deal of it can be skipped without affecting the final outcomes in any way. However, some of it is (mildly) humorous; and most of it has been inserted to understand the background of the Fable, and the history of events upon which it is ostensibly based.
