1 of 2: You can buy a new heroic title from Leo, who's near the entrance to the Heroes' Guild. You don't have to, but do you want to be known as "chicken chaser" for the rest of the game?
2 of 2: When you come across the raggedy old adventurer and the young brat who's heckling him near the statue at the center of the area, you can join one of them and drive the other off by facing him and using rude expressions like fart, belch, and giggle. You'll get 20 good points if you drive off the young punk, and 20 evil points if you help him chase off the unfortunate adventurer.
