Fable: The Lost Chapters Hints

Orchard Farm Escort

  • 1 of 9: This quest is available at the map table after you finish the Orchard Farm Gold Quest.
  • 2 of 9: Go to Lookout Point and look out for a wandering trader who wants you to escort him to Orchard Farm. (Check for green dots on the mini map -- one of them will be him.)
  • 3 of 9: Talk to him twice to get the quest, then tell him to follow you and head for the Greatwood Entrance.
  • 4 of 9: As soon as you're in the Greatwood Entrance area, tell the trader to wait and then go thrash every enemy in the entire area.
  • 5 of 9: WARNING: Keep checking the green dot on the mini map that represents the trader -- it sometimes disappears, meaning he's been mysteriously killed. If that happens, you'll have to restore a save and try again.
  • 6 of 9: Then go get the trader to follow you again and head for the Orchard Farm exit.
  • 7 of 9: The trader should thank you and pay you (with a bonus if he never got hit by anything) as soon as you enter the Orchard Farm.
  • 8 of 9: If you then follow him to the house, you'll find that it's open for once, and you can raid it for a few cheap items.
  • 9 of 9: NOTE: You can meet other traders at Lookout Point who want the same sort of escort service later in the game.
