Fable: The Lost Chapters Hints
The Prophets of the Fire Heart
of 10: If you've got Fable: The Lost Chapters instead of just Fable, this quest will begin after a few cut-scenes that immediately follow your decision about the Sword of Aeons.
of 10: You'll be in Oakvale's Memorial Garden when the Guildmaster contacts you and gives you this new gold quest.
of 10: Teleport to the Heroes' Guild and step outside to Lookout Point to get the message from Scythe saying that you'll need to get the Fire Heart from behind the nearby newly activated demon door.
of 10: Fortunately, this door only requires you to have Jack of Blades' mask, which you already do.
of 10: When you proceed into the chamber beyond, the prophets will tell you that in order to get the Fire Heart, you'll have to either kill or free all of them by solving five "day and night" puzzles.
of 10: Each of these puzzles has you walking around on a large game board using the regular movement keys for up, down, left, and right movements.
of 10: You need to turn all of the tiles on the board to suns (to save a prophet and get good alignment points) or moons (to kill a prophet, which is evil) by walking onto them to switch their symbol. Either way works equally well, and you'll get the Fire Heart after you solve all five puzzles one way or the other.
of 10: Unfortunately, you have very little time for each puzzle. In fact, it's hard to finish most of the puzzles before the timer runs out even if you know the exact series of moves to make.
of 10: So here they are. Choose whether you want to change all tiles to suns or moons, and then stick with that throughout the five puzzles.
