Fable: The Lost Chapters Hints

The Final Battle

  • 1 of 10: You automatically get this last-of-all gold quest when you finish the previous one.
  • 2 of 10: Be sure to do one final "world save" before you go through the bronze gate and begin the final battle.
  • 3 of 10: When the battle starts, get your Physical Shield up quickly if it's not already up, then cast Slow Time and Multi Arrow and start pounding Jack Dragon with arrows.
  • 4 of 10: When he flies up into the air, start running around so that he can't hit you very easily with his big flame attack. If he does, you'll have to very quickly chug will potions (and probably a couple of health potions) and recast Physical Shield.
  • 5 of 10: When he sets down again, repeat the casting of Slow Time and Multi Arrow and shoot him some more.
  • 6 of 10: Every now and then he'll summon some minions or summoners to distract you. Use Slow Time and kill them as quickly as you can so you can get back into the routine.
  • 7 of 10: If you're diligent about keeping your health and will points at or near their max, you should be able to fairly easily finish off Jack after a few rounds. When you do, his life force will be absorbed into his old mask.
  • 8 of 10: You'll then have the option to throw away the mask or keep it. If you'd rather throw it away, click when you're prompted to. Otherwise, just wait.
  • 9 of 10: That's it! The final quest of the lost chapters is now beaten, and you are the champ! Hooray!
  • 10 of 10: NOTE: If for some reason you want to keep on playing, then wait through the ending credits instead of pressing ESC to skip them.
