How can I get a cyber dog follower?
1 of 7: Look on the tables that are just west of the test terminal to find a holotape that has something to do with splicing robots and dogs.
2 of 7: Take it and go back to the entry room, then go through its north doorway.
3 of 7: Past the next door, shoot down a hostile robot, then follow the walkway along to a room with a splicing terminal.
4 of 7: Use the terminal and choose the "Splice Robot and Dog" option.
5 of 7: That'll create a cyber dog named Roxie that you can talk to.
6 of 7: Say "hi there, puppy," then "come with me, girl" to get her to follow you around.
7 of 7: NOTES: She'll only follow you around inside the X-8 facility's areas. If you go back outside, she'll wait for you in the entry room. You can also use dialogue options to tell her to go to the entry room and wait. If she's killed, you can use the splicing terminal to make an identical replacement (though note that the terminal has a "three experiments a day" limit).
