1 of 5: Go through the door in the entry room's NE corner, then move down the covered walkways until you reach a path split.
2 of 5: Go down the right-hand passage to reach a large room with a workbench in it.
3 of 5: Go down the next passage to find some lobotomites and another room.
4 of 5: In that room's NW corner is a desk with an observatory terminal on it. (There's also a holotape you can use with the X-8 Central Facility's splicing terminal, but that's just good for extra XP.)
5 of 5: Use the terminal and choose the fourth option to get the next objective.
