Retrieve test data from the X-8 Test Terminal.
1 of 2: Go back through the X-8 Testing Facility to return to the X-8 Central Facility, then use the test terminal to get the unusual specimen test results.
2 of 2: That'll finish the quest and get you the DNAgent perk, which gives you a 10% damage bonus vs. nightstalkers. (You sure could've used that earlier, huh?)
