Is there any way to shut it off?
1 of 5: Yes. Its emitter is hidden in the backstage area.
2 of 5: Return to the large room where you shot a speaker on the wall and look for the emitter.
3 of 5: It's behind the couch in the SE corner of the room.
4 of 5: Jump onto the couch and drop down behind it so you can access the emitter.
5 of 5: If your Repair skill is 50+, you'll be able to disable the emitter, thereby deleting the troublesome hologram. (Or you can probably get away with just shooting it out.)
