Where can I find the third seed package?
1 of 2: Go north from the fountain to find a large white pipe that you can use to cross another gap. (Watch out for the frag mine that's on the pipe.)
2 of 2: The seed package is on the ground next to a broc flower plant a short way NE of the other end of the pipe. (Watch out for the nearby spore plant.)
